The Metro Regional Connector Joint Development
The Metro Regional Connector Little Tokyo/Arts District Station is 1 of 3 pieces of public land in the Sustainable Little Tokyo (SLT) Community Vision. The station, set to open in late 2022, will be the 2nd busiest transit hub in LA County. Little Tokyo Community Council (LTCC) and SLT are currently working with Metro to reiterate our community priorities and vision for the station site.
Metro staff are planning to present their recommendation for Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO) as the joint developer at the Metro Board meeting on October 22, 2020. LTCC is doing community engagement to determine if our community will accept IHO as the joint developer.
