FAQs

  • Help! I can’t find my order confirmation.

Check your email inbox (look in the trash and spam folders as well!) for an email from “Little Tokyo Community Council” or “go@littletokyola.org”. If you are unable to find your order confirmation and would like assistance, please contact kisa@littletokyola.org as soon as possible.

  • How do I get there? Where do I park?

Click here for information about parking and transit. The closest parking lots to Delicious Little Tokyo HQ are the Aiso Parking Garage and the Japanese Village Plaza parking lot. Please note that parking validation will not be provided through Delicious Little Tokyo.

  • Are there restrooms available?

Yes, Delicious Little Tokyo x Earth Day Celebration attendees will have access to the restrooms inside the Democracy Center at the Japanese American National Museum.

  • What do I need to check in for my event?

For walking tours, we will check in guests by last name. Please check in based on the last name on your online order.

If you purchased tickets for a group, please gather and check in all at once if possible.

For workshops, please head directly to your workshop location listed on your event page.

  • Can someone else join me on the tour without a ticket?

If you are joining us for the self-guided tours (Green Eats & Treats/Matcha Mania) then you are welcome to share your items with another person. However, each ticket holder will only receive one portion at each business stop.

For the Food History tours, non-ticket holders are not permitted as it is a guided tour with limited capacity. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Where can I eat my food that I got on the walking tour?

If you’d like to collect all of your tour items to eat all at once, you are encouraged to bring a container/bag and return to the Delicious Little Tokyo x Earth Day Celebration Plaza at the Japanese American National Museum (100 N Central Avenue) to enjoy an open outdoor dining area.

If you prefer to snack while you stroll, watch your step and enjoy!

  • What should I bring to the walking tour?

Please consider bringing water and a hat! We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

If you are planning on taking your food items to go, please bring a container/bag. (A couple of our favorites that we’ve seen over the years: a rolling cart and an ice chest!)

  • Can additional tickets be purchased on site?

Unfortunately, walk-up tickets will not be available, but there will be many fun and free activities to enjoy without a ticket on the Earth Day Celebration Plaza!
