Since 1999, the Little Tokyo Community Council (LTCC) has made its mission to protect, preserve and enhance our Japanese American historic neighborhood. As a first responder when proposed civic projects, outside development and most recently the pandemic interfere with our residents, small businesses, churches and temples, and nonprofit organizations’ abilities to function, LTCC has been a bulwark in defense of our community by innovating, informing, organizing and lobbying for its best interests.

In 2024, LTCC will mark its 25th Anniversary by celebrating the 140th year since Little Tokyo’s founding with a series of community events.
